These terms set out what applies when you use this site, make a reservation, or take part in an experience at MUSA.

Reservations and payment
Rates are quoted per room, per night, and exclude taxes and service unless stated. A deposit is required to hold a reservation, with the balance due on arrival. Prices may change until a booking is confirmed in writing.

Cancellations and changes
Cancellations made outside the window stated in your confirmation are refunded in full, less processing fees. Later cancellations, no-shows and shortened stays may be charged. High-season and whole-house bookings can carry different conditions.

Stay and house rules
Check-in and check-out times, occupancy limits, quiet hours and visitor policies are shared before arrival. As a property inside a wildlife reserve, we ask guests to respect lighting, noise and waste guidelines that protect nesting and nocturnal species.

Experiences and activities
Ocean, jungle and land experiences depend on weather, tides and minimum numbers, and may be rescheduled or cancelled for safety. Certain activities require a signed waiver and carry age or health restrictions.

Content and intellectual property
Photography, text, marks and designs on this site belong to MUSA and its partners and may not be reproduced for commercial use without written permission.

Liability
Guests are responsible for their own belongings and for damage caused during their stay. To the extent permitted by law, MUSA is not liable for indirect losses, or for interruptions caused by events beyond our control.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, and any dispute will be heard by the competent courts of the State of Guerrero.
